Kloof.  An exciting opportunity for a brand-savvy Account Manager to join a creative advertising and branding agency specialising in retail and lifestyle brands.
We’re looking for someone who understands brands, loves great creative work and has experience managing accounts in fashion retail, health & wellness or homeware.
You’ll be the key link between clients and the creative team, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, beautifully executed and delivered on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day accounts.
  • Interpret client briefs with a clear understanding of brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate creative campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Manage studio workflow, timelines, budgets and approvals.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and external suppliers to deliver exceptional work.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven account management experience within an advertising, branding or creative agency.
  • Strong brand experience in fashion retail, health & wellness or homeware.
  • A good understanding of brand positioning, creative campaigns and retail marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven team player with a keen eye for detail.
