What you'll do

Gather information from meetings, conversations, videos, voice notes, drafts, and existing materials to capture ideas and insights.

Organize, clarify, and synthesize the client’s thoughts into structured, engaging, and actionable content.

Research relevant topics and supporting information to strengthen written materials.

Write, edit, and refine papers, articles, educational resources, and thought leadership content.

Transform complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.

Help define content priorities, key messages, and next steps across multiple initiatives.

Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all content and communication channels.

Create and adapt content for the website, presentations, social media, and client communications.

Review, edit, and improve existing written materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.

Collaborate closely with the client by asking thoughtful questions, providing creative recommendations, and helping shape ideas into tangible projects.

Help turn broad concepts into structured content plans, deliverables, and execution roadmaps.

Provide occasional support with personal branding initiatives, messaging, logo refinement, and visual identity.

Keep content assets, drafts, and project materials organized and easy to access.
What you must have

Experience in content creation, communications, journalism, marketing, thought leadership, or a similar role.

Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging way.

Experience creating long-form content such as articles, papers, educational materials, or executive thought leadership.

Strong interviewing, listening, and information-gathering skills, with the ability to extract key ideas from conversations and unstructured materials.

Ability to organize multiple projects, manage priorities independently, and maintain attention to detail.

Strong understanding of storytelling, messaging, and audience-focused communication.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a key stakeholder.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with creating or editing supporting visual materials.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience supporting executives, founders, or industry experts with personal branding or thought leadership initiatives.

Background in content strategy, editorial planning, or knowledge management.

Experience developing educational content, training materials, or professional publications.

Familiarity with website content management systems and social media content creation.

Knowledge of basic design principles and branding best practices.

Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve frequently.
