About and purpose of the role:
The Marketing Communications Senior Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across digital platforms to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strong content-first digital marketer who can translate business and technical inputs into impactful digital communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence (Primary Focus)
- Create, publish, and manage content across digital channels including website, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and online campaigns.
- Own and maintain a digital content calendar aligned with business priorities and marketing campaigns.
- Regularly update website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve engagement, usability, and SEO performance.
- Work with internal teams and agencies to execute digital campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Monitor digital performance (traffic, engagement, basic conversions) and suggest content-led optimizations.
Content Development & Storytelling
- Develop clear, compelling content for digital-first assets such as blogs, case studies, emailers, presentations, and newsletters.
- Repurpose long-form content (white papers, case studies, presentations) into digital-friendly formats.
- Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all digital and corporate communications.
Events, Webinars & Campaign Support
- Support digital promotion of tradeshows, webinars, and events through email, social, and website content.
- Coordinate digital event collateral including banners, presentations, and post-event communication.
- Assist in capturing event outcomes for post-event digital content and campaigns.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA / Master’s in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Experience in IT / ITES / B2B services is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with website CMS, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of digital analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Understanding of creative design, digital assets, and production workflows.
