Introduction

Raiel Group is seeking a creative, energetic and results-driven Marketing & Brand Specialist to take ownership of our marketing function across multiple business units.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with commercial impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our brand presence, managing digital marketing initiatives, maintaining our online store, creating compelling content, and ensuring a professional and consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints.

Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the Raiel brand across all divisions.
  • Ensure consistency of branding across marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, showrooms and retail displays.
  • The updating of Raiël product catalogue’s, awareness brochures etc. that we present the latest information and features clearly to our customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term marketing and brand growth strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share.

 

  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Create and schedule engaging content.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports.

Content Creation

  • Capture professional photographs and videos of products, projects, manufacturing processes and company events.
  • Develop promotional content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate graphic design requirements and marketing collateral.

E-Commerce & Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company’s online store.
  • Upload new products and manage product information.
  • Improve customer experience and online sales performance.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Grow website traffic, social media engagement, and online sales.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.

Retail & Showroom Marketing

  • Develop and maintain showroom displays.
  • Coordinate point-of-sale material for hardware stores and distributors.
  • Assist with exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events.

 

Marketing Administration

  • Manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies and service providers.
  • Track marketing budgets and return on investment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation, photography and video editing.
  • Experience managing websites and/or online stores.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
