The
Opportunity
Reporting
directly to the Chief People Officer / People Director, you’ll lead the
development and delivery of Hiddenwell’s Talent, Culture and Employer Brand strategy
across our growing portfolio of destination spa hotels.
You’ll
be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining exceptional people whilst
ensuring our future hotel openings are successfully resourced, mobilised and
culturally aligned.
Working
closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll play a pivotal role in
shaping our reputation as one of the UK’s most desirable hospitality employers.

What
You’ll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Creating and delivering a
best-in-class talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth
- Leading end-to-end recruitment
across operational, management and support centre functions
- Building sustainable talent
pipelines for current and future openings
- Reducing agency reliance through
innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing
- Partnering with operational
leaders to forecast workforce requirements and support expansion plans
Employer Branding & Attraction
- Developing and championing
Hiddenwell’s Employer Value Proposition
- Positioning Hiddenwell as an
employer of choice within the hospitality sector
- Creating engaging recruitment
campaigns, social content and talent attraction initiatives
- Building strong partnerships with
hospitality networks, educational providers and industry bodies
Culture & Employee Experience
- Championing our commitment to
delivering 100% Hospitality to every colleague
- Driving employee engagement,
belonging and cultural alignment initiatives
- Embedding our values into every
stage of the employee journey
- Creating experiences that improve
retention, engagement and employee advocacy
New Openings
- Leading recruitment and
mobilisation activity for all new openings
- Designing scalable recruitment
plans to support rapid growth
- Coordinating hiring campaigns,
assessment events and onboarding programmes
- Ensuring opening teams are fully
staffed, engaged and ready for launch
Leadership
- Leading and developing the Talent
& Recruitment team
- Establishing meaningful KPIs and
performance measures
- Providing insight and reporting
to the Executive Team
- Influencing business leaders and
drive people-focused decision making
About You
You’ll
be an experienced talent or people leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site
environments and enjoys building something special.
You’ll
bring:
- Significant experience in Talent
Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding or Talent & Culture leadership
roles.
- Proven success within hospitality,
leisure, retail or other high-volume, multi-site businesses.
- Experience supporting large-scale
growth, mobilisation projects or new site openings.
- An excellent understanding of employer
branding, candidate attraction and workforce planning.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and
influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability
to use data to drive decisions.
- A passion for creating exceptional
employee experiences.
Additional Information
- Full-Time
position – Monday - Friday
- Working
40 hours per week
- £45,000
- £55,000 per annum
