About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing HealthTech startup transforming metabolic health through a unique combination of clinical expertise, technology, and AI. Backed by €3M in Seed funding, they're building a next-generation digital healthcare platform designed to make long-term health management more accessible, personalized, and effective.

As they continue to scale, they're looking for their first senior Brand & Partnerships leader to build a category-defining brand and drive strategic collaborations across Europe.

  • Location: Remote (Poland)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (B2B Contract)
  • Level: Mid-Senior Level
  • Compensation: 15,000–25,000 PLN net/month + ESOP
  • Work Authorization: Required for Poland

About the Role

This is more than a branding role.

You'll own the company's brand strategy end-to-end while leading external communications, integrated marketing campaigns, and high-impact partnerships with media, influencers, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building a distinctive brand, managing a small team, and creating partnerships that accelerate awareness, trust, and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the company's brand strategy, positioning, and identity.
  • Ensure consistency across tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • Manage organic communications across social media, PR, blogs, and media relations.
  • Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead partnership initiatives from outreach and negotiation through long-term collaboration.
  • Manage and develop a small, high-performing brand team.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Brand Director, Creative Director, Senior Brand Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record building and scaling strong consumer brands.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Strong partnership development and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Startup or scale-up experience.
  • Background in HealthTech, wellness, healthcare, or consumer technology.
  • Copywriting experience.
  • Experience building brands from zero to one.
