About the Role
This is more than a branding role.
You'll own the company's brand strategy end-to-end while leading external communications, integrated marketing campaigns, and high-impact partnerships with media, influencers, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building a distinctive brand, managing a small team, and creating partnerships that accelerate awareness, trust, and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the company's brand strategy, positioning, and identity.
- Ensure consistency across tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
- Manage organic communications across social media, PR, blogs, and media relations.
- Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Lead partnership initiatives from outreach and negotiation through long-term collaboration.
- Manage and develop a small, high-performing brand team.
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Brand Director, Creative Director, Senior Brand Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record building and scaling strong consumer brands.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong partnership development and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous people management experience.
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Background in HealthTech, wellness, healthcare, or consumer technology.
- Copywriting experience.
- Experience building brands from zero to one.
