The Role

We’re seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and highly organised Brand & Marketing Systems Specialist to join our Marketing & Community team. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital marketing, and systems – responsible for building, managing, and optimising the infrastructure that powers marketing performance across multiple brands.

Working across five brands under the Unity umbrella, you will oversee website ecosystems, digital advertising, marketing automation, and CRM workflows. You’ll ensure brand consistency while enabling scalable growth through data-driven campaigns, seamless user journeys, and efficient marketing systems. This is a pivotal role for someone who can combine creativity with technical execution – designing not just campaigns, but the systems that make them effective and repeatable.

What You’ll Do

Website & Digital Ecosystem Management

  • Manage and optimise multiple brand websites (UX, performance, SEO, content updates)
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Paid Media & Campaign ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms)Monitor performance, analyse data, and continuously improve ROI
  • Marketing Automation & CRM SystemsBuild and manage automated workflows (email, SMS, lead nurturing)Maintain and optimise CRM systems to support marketing and enrolment pipelines
  • Systems & Process DevelopmentDesign scalable marketing systems and processes across all brandsIntegrate tools and platforms to streamline operations and reporting
  • Multi-Brand Strategy ExecutionSupport marketing initiatives across five brands under the Unity umbrellaEnsure alignment while adapting strategies to suit each brand’s audience and goals
  • Data, Reporting & OptimisationTrack campaign and system performance using analytics toolsGenerate insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with internal teams and external partnersTranslate business objectives into effective marketing systems and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing roles
  • Strong technical capability across: Website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, HTML)Paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Digistorm or similar)
  • Experience building and managing marketing automation workflows
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Alignment with Unity Grammar’s values and cultural ethos.
