Profile: Brand Manager-Jewellery-Surat-6 LPA

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Brand Strategy.
• Preferred experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Apparel, Cosmetics, or Premium Consumer Brands.
• Experience in D2C/E-commerce brands will be an added advantage.

Salary Range: 45-50k

Roles:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, content, and merchandising teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across website, social media, retail stores, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor brand performance, customer insights, and market trends to recommend growth initiatives.
• Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with sales and leadership teams to strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and prepare marketing reports for management.
• Build partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders for branding initiatives.
• Maintain premium brand positioning while driving awareness and customer engagement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
