Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Brand Manager to lead content, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media strategy, creator collaborations, and end-to-end campaign execution for Gen Z & Millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Instagram & YouTube Shorts strategy for brand growth
- Plan and execute end-to-end content campaigns across digital platforms
- Coordinate content ideation, scripting, shoots, posting, and performance tracking
- Create engaging performance marketing creatives and ad hooks
- Manage influencer collaborations including barter and paid campaigns
- Build consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and NPD teams for campaign alignment
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral content formats
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Gen Z & Millennial audience behavior
- Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator management
- Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills
- End-to-end content management experience
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Preferred Background
- Experience with D2C Beauty, Skincare, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands
- Exposure to PR activities, brand activations, or community campaigns
- Understanding of viral marketing and social media trends
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, or related field preferred
