About the Role
Dreamcast is an event technology company headquartered in India with a branch in Dubai. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will own the visual and verbal identity of our brand across all touchpoints. This role bridges creative teams and business objectives — ensuring every asset, channel, and communication reflects a consistent, compelling brand story.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Delivery Management
• Drive end-to-end delivery from the Video, Social Media, and Website Development teams
• Set timelines, brief teams, track progress, and ensure on-time quality output
• Act as the single point of accountability for cross-team brand deliverables
• Escalate blockers and manage dependencies across creative functions
2. Brand Communication
• Own and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
• Write and review company bios, boilerplates, and executive profiles
• Oversee all brand communication across social media channels
• Ensure brand consistency on the Dreamcast website at all times
3. Collateral & Presentation
• Lead creation and quality control of all branded PPTs — pitches, proposals, company decks
• Maintain a library of up-to-date brand assets: templates, decks, and media kits
• Collaborate with Sales on client-facing collateral that is on-brand and conversion-oriented
4. Brand Strategy & Tracking
• Monitor brand perception across digital channels and flag inconsistencies
• Track brand metrics — share of voice, engagement quality, sentiment, and visual
consistency
• Coordinate with the Marketing Head on campaign alignment and brand positioning
What You’ll Own
The Brand Manager will have direct ownership over the following areas:
• Video team delivery — briefs, timelines, quality review
• Social media branding — tone, visuals, consistency
• Website brand consistency — copy, imagery, messaging alignment
• Company PPTs & sales decks — all client-facing presentations
• Bios & boilerplates — leadership profiles, company descriptions
• Brand asset library — templates, logos, media kits, style guides
Experience Required
- 3–5 years in brand management, content marketing, or a related role.
- Agency or in-house B2B tech experience preferred.
- Candidates who have independently managed multiple creative teams and delivered brand projects at scale will be prioritised.
