Job Description & Summary

There's real craft in protecting and propelling a brand, and it starts with people who understand that governance and creativity aren't opposites, but partners. As a Brand Governance Senior Associate at PwC, you'll bring your expertise in brand strategy, compliance, and execution to embed best-practice brand governance across the firm, based in Sydney / Gadigal. You'll build strong relationships with internal teams, blending hands-on delivery with strategic influence to ensure PwC's brand is both protected and distinctively positioned in market.

Why PwC?

At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health giving you the chance to make a real impact. Here, your growth is our priority. You’ll work with leading teams, explore new technologies, and unlock your full potential.

Join a global community of more than 370,000 people who value bold ideas, collaboration, and lasting change. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the key brand governance/compliance expert across all Brand Standards – visual identity, co-branding and naming.

  • Champion our visual identity across the firm, providing expert advice, guidance and approvals to our people, Partners, designers (on and offshore) and agencies to ensure compliance with our brand guidelines and maximise the impact of our brand.

  • Implement processes and provide advice to our people and Partners on co-branded initiatives across the firm, working alongside other internal business risk teams to ensure adherence to our global network standards, brand guidelines and policies.

  • Provide strategic and creative advice on all naming enquiries, ensuring any new names for products and services comply with our brand network standards and legal requirements, as well as meeting commercial objectives.

  • Provide brand advice and approval on all new technology offerings.

  • Monitor and work alongside external agencies and internal design teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best practice use of our visual identity.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for any compliance related issues identified through brand channel monitoring.

  • Review all social media content.

  • Work alongside members of the broader Business Risk community to ensure our approval processes.

  • Maintain best practice and explore opportunities for streamlining/automation

  • Development and implementation of an annual brand governance plan that covers how we educate, communicate and comply with our Brand Network Standards. This includes:

  • Ownership and implementation of monthly firmwide internal communications on brand governance, processes, campaign updates, guidelines and education tools.

  • Ownership and activation of Brand SharePoint site.

  • Maintenance of firmwide templates across Microsoft and Canva as well as all other brand resources.

  • Creation and scaling of brand education content using AI tools.

  • Provide support for all Network Standards reporting.

  • Provide support on campaign management and delivery for all brand campaigns.

  • Act as the AI Champion for the Brand team, identifying and applying AI-enabled ways of working to scale brand education, governance and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:
