Join us as Brand & Visual Strategy Expert. You will be part of our Milan Aesthetic Research Center, one of Huawei’s Research Centers, committed to enhancing the quality of Huawei products.
We are dedicated to shaping the future of product design through deep research and visionary thinking. Our team thrives on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, exploring new ways to enhance consumer experiences and inspire industry innovation.
We believe in challenging conventional design approaches and integrating cross-disciplinary insights to envision groundbreaking solutions and create outstanding brand experiences in the field of AI.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic marketing, cultural insight, and aesthetic direction. The center operates as both a think tank and an execution hub: approximately 50% of the work focuses on identifying and decoding socio-demographic, cultural, and design trends, while the remaining 50% translates these insights into impactful branding, communication, and design outputs. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s global and regional identity by bridging analytical thinking with creative vision. This position requires a hybrid profile: a strategist with a deep understanding of marketing and brand positioning, combined with a strong sensitivity to visual culture, design systems, and aesthetic evolution. You will contribute to defining not only how the brand thinks, but how it looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.
