GrooveWorks Signs & Design is looking for a hardworking, dependable Brand Builder to join our Fabrication Team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Builder – Fabrication Team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision to life. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure high-quality fabrication that reflects the SignPros brand. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Fabricate custom signs and displays
• Prepare aluminum, acrylic, PVC, wood, ACM, and other materials
• Apply and install vinyl graphics
• Laminate printed graphics
• Operate fabrication equipment and power tools
• Package completed projects
• Assist with sign installations
• Perform quality inspections
• Keep the production area clean and organized
• Learn new equipment and fabrication techniques
• Prepare and lay out artwork for production using Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Flexi.
• Convert customer-supplied files into production-ready art; correct resolution, color, and scale issues.
• Build proofs for customer approval and confirm final specs before production begins.

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, carpentry, welding, sign production, warehouse work, or fabrication is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work outdoors when needed
• Safely operate fabrication equipment and tools
