Summary of the Position

This position is responsible for assisting members of the Brand & Creative Services team to provide support for brand management operations across several lines of business by performing the following duties.


Essential Duties

  1. Assists the Director of Brand & Creative Services where needed on brand and creative services projects.
  2. Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors. 
  3. Complete assigned production work on pre-branded materials.
  4. Interacts with other employees and departments in creating requested materials.

Job Duties

  • Assists the Director of Brand & Creative Services in brand-related activities. 
  • Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors. 
  • Meets daily with the Director of Brand & Creative Services on assigned projects, coordinates job responsibilities and provide updates on work in progress.
  • Troubleshoots problems that may arise in assigned projects.
  • Maintains all job folders and electronic files in accordance to the procedures established.
  • Keeps supervisor’s aware of events affecting the brand’s success, profitability, and interaction with the public and vendors.
  • Maintains a complete understanding of AllCare Health’s products and services.
  • Assists with the development and writing of creative instructions.
  • Works directly with the Director of Brand & Creative Services to develop production schedules. 
  • Assists with implementation of strategic marketing, business and communications plan.
  • Assists with coordination of production on a wide range of materials such as signage, promotional items, and collateral.
  • Provides support for events and exhibitions where brand presence is required.
  • Gathers information, within and outside of the company, to support collateral creation.
  • Maintains collateral inventory.
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. 
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Respectfully takes direction from leadership.
  • Meets all required training including those listed in Relias Learning Module System (LMS).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • May require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).
  • May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience

Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in marketing, communications, graphic design, or brand support, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.

 

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations 

Valid Oregon Driver’s License and vehicle insurance. 


Technical Skills

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and file organization systems. 
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing materials, and print/digital production processes. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in creative production workflows. 
  • Customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Language Skills 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Mathematical Skills 

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Computer Skills 

Has advanced specialized computer skills that require mastery of applicable software in such fields as graphic design, video production, technical writing, statistics and web-based training.


Reasoning Ability 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to work with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
