Role purpose
Riviera Home is a legacy textile business with deep roots in craftsmanship,
manufacturing, exports, and premium home textile categories. The Senior Brand
Manager / Brand Lead will define, institutionalize, and elevate the group’s brand
presence across corporate brand building, product storytelling, digital presence,
market-facing communication, and portfolio architecture so that the company’s
heritage and capabilities are expressed with greater clarity and consistency.
Key responsibilities
• Lead the brand strategy for Riviera Home at the group level, aligning heritage,
craftsmanship, innovation, sustainability, and customer centricity into a sharper
market narrative.
• Build and manage the brand architecture across the corporate brand and
product/category narratives so the business presents a consistent identity across
domestic and international audiences.
• Translate Riviera Home’s legacy in textiles, exports, and manufacturing
excellence into strong communication assets for buyers, partners, customers, and
talent.
• Own the brand expression across website, brochures, presentations, social
media, trade marketing, exhibitions, fairs, product launches, and corporate
communication.
• Partner with sales, merchandising, product development, and leadership to
create compelling positioning for categories such as rugs, bathmats, throws, and other
home textile offerings.
• Drive content and campaign planning that balances premium aesthetics with
commercial relevance.
• Standardize visual identity, tone of voice, brand guidelines, and storytelling
frameworks across all touchpoints.
• Support business development and export-facing teams with strong marketing
collateral, presentations, collection narratives, and buyer communication tools.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies on photography, design, digital
content, PR, and event or trade fair branding.
• Monitor brand health, digital presence, share of voice, campaign effectiveness,
and perception among key stakeholders.
• Identify whitespace opportunities for sub-brands, premiumization, sustainability
storytelling, and digital brand building.

Candidate profile
• 7–12 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or category
marketing.
• Strong preference for candidates from home textiles, home décor, furnishings,
premium lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or design-led consumer brands.
• Experience handling both strategic brand thinking and hands-on execution.
• Exposure to B2B, export, or manufacturing-led brand environments will be highly
valuable.
• Ability to work with promoters and cross-functional leadership in a business that
combines heritage with growth ambition.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred, though strong relevant experience
may outweigh formal credentials.
