Personal Branding Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Personal Branding Executive to support the personal branding and public image of the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating public appearances, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the Executive Director.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, events, and public appearances.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to enhance online presence.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Assist in preparing speeches, presentations, articles, and other communication materials.
• Monitor brand performance and prepare reports on engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Support media relations and public relations activities where required.
• Ensure all branding materials align with the Executive Director's professional image and company objectives.
• Perform other branding and communication-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, corporate communications, public relations, social media management, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management, content development, and campaign coordination is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with good organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Remuneration

MYR 3,500 – MYR 6,000
