As we continue to expand our corporate retainer portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager – Client Servicing (Brand Experience) to lead key client relationships and drive successful execution of branding initiatives across diverse industries.

Role Overview

The Manager - Client Servicing (Brand Experience) will be responsible for managing and growing corporate retainer accounts while ensuring exceptional client experiences and seamless execution of integrated branding projects. This role requires a strategic
thinker with strong relationship management, project leadership, and brand management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-
term account growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

● Lead and manage relationships with corporate retainer clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
● Understand client business objectives, brand challenges, and communication goals to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
● Build strong, long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and consultative account management.
● Conduct regular review meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions with clients.

Account & Project Management

● Oversee the execution of 360-degree branding, communication, and brand experience initiatives.
● Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
● Coordinate with internal creative, content, digital, and production teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
● Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
● Ensure all brand communications and deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.

Brand Strategy & Planning

● Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to develop integrated branding solutions for clients.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to support strategic recommendations.
● Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and enhance customer engagement.
● Contribute to campaign ideation, brand narratives, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Guide and mentor junior client servicing team members on account management best practices.
● Foster effective collaboration between clients and internal stakeholders.
● Ensure smooth communication, workflow management, and issue resolution across departments.
● Support team development by sharing industry knowledge, processes, and client management expertise.

Reporting & Business Growth

● Prepare and present account reviews, campaign reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
● Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
● Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and long-term business growth.
● Support leadership in client retention and new business development initiatives.


Requirements

Education

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
● A postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience

● 4–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
● Proven experience managing corporate retainer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
● Prior experience in a branding, advertising, communications, digital marketing, or integrated agency environment is mandatory.
● Experience handling B2B and corporate brands across multiple industries is highly preferred.

● Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B digital communication platforms.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Job Details

Position: Manager – Client Servicing (Brand Experience)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus 1st & 3rd Saturdays
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
