Drive digital brand presence, customer engagement, and performance marketing outcomes through integrated management of Social Media, Content, CRM campaigns, and Brand Communication, while effectively managing creative and advertising agencies.
- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns, and health awareness initiatives.
- Drive engagement-led and performance-oriented content (reels, videos, campaigns).
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Push, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and App channels.
- Deploy targeted lifecycle journeys to drive acquisition, repeat purchase, and retention.
- Execute and optimize campaigns using Clevertap (preferred).
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Category, and Growth teams for conversion-led campaigns.
- Manage creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Drive integrated execution across social, paid media, and CRM channels.

- Hands-on CRM campaign execution (Clevertap experience preferred).

- Experience managing advertising and creative agencies.
- Analytical mindset with strong execution ownership.
- Experience in Retail / Healthcare / FMCG / Ecommerce preferred.
