About the role:

Your mission is to turn our Employer Value Proposition into a consistent and engaging experience for candidates and employees worldwide. 

 

The position reports directly to the Group's Global Talent Acquisition Director and is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. It is a permanent, full-time position based at our Stockholm Headquarters, designed for high-potential graduates and early-career professionals. The role offers a fast track to a career in Human Resources, Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications.

 

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will drive the global activation of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it is consistently translated into meaningful experiences for candidates and employees across all talent touchpoints.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, People, Communications, and regional stakeholders, you will develop the tools, frameworks, and enablement programs that bring our employer brand to life across the organization.

 

In detail, you will:

  • Drive the global rollout and activation of our Employer Value Proposition across business regions and functions.
  • Lead EVP activation programs for internal and external audiences, adapting global direction to different markets and talent segments.
  • Champion stakeholder engagement and change initiatives that build understanding, advocacy, and long-term adoption.
  • Develop practical toolkits, playbooks, frameworks, and guidance that enable regional and local teams to activate the EVP effectively.
  • Translate the EVP into scalable talent attraction solutions across campaigns, candidate communications, career events, and talent communities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen talent attraction strategies and enable regional teams through training, workshops, presentations, and expert guidance.
  • Lead employee ambassador programs that amplify authentic employee experiences and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of EVP and Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Lead global Employer Branding projects, benchmarking activities, award submissions, and strategic initiatives.

 

Who you are:  

This role is designed for a self-driven and proactive professional who thrives on ownership and delivers with confidence, sound judgment, and attention to detail. You are a creative, structured, and collaborative communicator who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or a related discipline. 
  • Ideally, first experience gained through internships, graduate programs, university projects, student organizations, volunteer activities, consulting projects, or an early-career role. 
  • Strong interest in talent marketing and employer branding, brand activation, organizational change, or communications. 
  • Skills in content generation, using a variety of creation tools, such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, video and image processing tools, etc.
  • Skilled at using AI-powered tools to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and focus on higher-value activities and decision-making.
  • Confident written and verbal English communication skills, with an interest in storytelling and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Strong collaboration skills and an inclusive approach to working across cultures, functions, and levels of the organization. Ability to navigate stakeholders in a global Matrix environment.
  • Organized and structured working style, with the ability to coordinate several activities in parallel.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and ambition to deliver strong and measurable results. 
  • Experience with change communication, workshop facilitation, project coordination, or Employer Branding is an advantage but not required.
