We are looking for an Employer Branding Project Manager for a temporary replacement within our Marketing & Sales team.

In this role, you help bring BDO’s employer story to life and act as the connection between HR, Marketing and the business.

Together with your colleagues from Marketing and Talent Acquisition, you position BDO as an attractive employer through well-thought-out communication, events and campaigns.

Through your impactful actions, BDO ends up in the hearts, minds and on company wishlists of top candidates.

• You enjoy thinking creatively and out of the box about new initiatives and campaigns.
• You work in a structured way, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set clear priorities.
• You like to work in a team, are hands-on and solution-oriented, and you’re eager to get started with ongoing actions.
• Driven by your passion for Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition, you closely follow the latest developments in Recruitment Marketing.
• SEO, SEA, digital communication, social media and influencer marketing? You can pitch it all in one sentence.
• You hold a higher education degree in marketing, communication, or HR.
• Preferably, you have at least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding or broader marketing.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English and are comfortable working with common MS Office applications.
