SailGP is the world’s most exciting racing on-water. The annual, global championship – established in 2018 and now in its fourth season – features national teams battling in short, intense races at iconic stadium-style venues across the globe.
The high-tech, high-speed action features the sailing's best athletes racing in identical hydrofoiling F50 catamarans, flying at speeds approaching 100 km/h who compete for the sport's top prize money, with US$4.3 million at stake over the season.

Summary:
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this strategic lead role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, procurement and governance of SailGP’s global branding portfolio. Serving as a key cross functional partner to Design, Marketing and Guest Experience, the position drives the overarching visual strategy to ensure high impact on brand experiences across all SailGP events while pursuing cost efficiencies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, procurement, scheduling and delivery of SailGP’s venue branding, ensuring seamless integration across the Design, Marketing and Guest Experience departments.
- Effectively manage internal team members as well as installation teams driving growth mindset and operational excellence.
- Oversee the logistical deployment of onsite teams across the racing season, ensuring compliant contracting and efficient travel arrangements.
- Identify and execute cross-departmental synergies, driving measurable efficiencies in both global labour models and physical resource allocation.
- Lead all financial management, purchase order (PO) workflows and budget tracking for branding, actively driving cost savings and commercial sustainability.
- Manage vendor relationships and maximise ROI by actively analysing supplier performance, authoring complex RFPs and overseeing contract agreements.
- Lead the creation and high impact delivery of venue branding strategies, meeting strict milestone timelines (initial concepts at 6 months and finalised plans at 3 months prior to events).
- Drive long-term planning, preparation and R&D initiatives to enhance, scale or replace branding assets, ensuring future-proof and sustainable event infrastructure.

Act as the primary escalation point for branding vendors globally, ensuring quality control, adherence to tight deadlines and the seamless delivery of print-ready artwork.

About You:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Experienced in branding production, event operations, or a similar role.
- Confident coordinating across creative, marketing, and operations teams.
- Skilled at managing suppliers - from issuing RFPs to overseeing delivery.
- Commercially minded with experience in budgeting, POs, and cost control.
- Strong eye for design, ensuring all branding aligns with visual identity standards.
- Proactive problem solver who can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Passionate about sustainability and committed to responsible production practices.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

Location:
SailGP HQ in London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.
This role will have some event travel.
