As Employer Brand Senior Consultant, you won't just manage a brand ,  you’ll shape how the nation sees us. You’ll lead the strategy for our employer brand, embedding "In it together" across Lidl GB. From unearthing game-changing insights to launching our high-impact national brand ambassador programme, you will be our go-to authority on employer branding. You’ll also mastermind our channel strategy, making Lidl GB the top choice for talent nationwide.

What you'll do

• Establish and embed the Lidl GB employer brand internally and externally, acting as Brand guardian and upskilling the relevant departments on the importance of the employer brand.

• Work with International counterparts on the ‘One Brand’ project, aligning to the global framework, whilst also ensuring it’s fit for purpose in the GB marketplace. 

• Planning and launching the Brand Ambassador (Lidl Voices) programme, taking learnings from other Lidl countries and companies to see best practice, trialling the programme in our regions and then rolling out the project nationally.

• Be a brand guardian for all our advertising materials, campaigns and copy to ensure all internal and external advertising remains consistent within our employer brand guidelines.

• Define and execute the digital strategy for our online presence including our careers site, job boards and social media pages.

• Competitor analysis and trend monitoring across employer brand and recruitment advertising to ensure we are getting the best value and performance from all our channels.

• Work with relevant agency partners to ensure all attraction campaigns run effectively and within the guidelines of our employer brand.

• Plan, run and direct photo shoots and film shoots to create the necessary materials for our channels.

• Analyse all survey data from the Candidate Experience and Employer Brand surveys and present back to senior leaders internally in order to shape our HR strategy.

• Present to a range of stakeholders at all levels of the business, showcasing your passion for the brand.

What you'll need

• Experience of working as an attraction/employer brand specialist, with a thorough understanding of an EVP, attraction strategies and recruitment processes.

• The ability to build stakeholder relationships at all levels across the business and with our external agency partners, with the confidence to come up with, present and champion existing and new ideas.

• Good attention to detail with the ability to write accurate, clear copy and to proof-read attraction materials to ensure they meet our tone of voice guidelines.

• Confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

• The ability to delegate tasks as and when needed.

• Excellent organisation and planning skills to execute photo and film shoots at multiple locations across the UK within tight deadlines.

• A strong ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to travel to Lidl GB locations across the country.
