At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai, we are seeking a Cluster Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, commercial marketing, digital performance, public relations, and integrated communications across two distinctive luxury and lifestyle brands.
This role is designed for a commercially driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand positioning, guest engagement, digital innovation, partnerships, and revenue generation—developing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, inspire guest loyalty, and maximize commercial performance across both properties.
This is more than a traditional hotel marketing role.
The cluster brings together the refined residential luxury of InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and the expressive, lifestyle-driven energy of Kimpton Sevn Dubai. Each property offers a unique value proposition, requiring tailored marketing strategies while maintaining one unified commercial vision.
You will define and execute the cluster marketing strategy across both properties, ensuring every campaign, digital initiative, partnership, media engagement, and brand activation contributes to increased visibility, stronger market positioning, and sustainable business growth.

As Cluster Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role in strengthening brand awareness, driving commercial performance, enhancing digital presence, and positioning both properties among Dubai's most sought-after luxury and lifestyle destinations.
You will connect with guests through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, innovative campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing direction for two exceptional hospitality brands while supporting the successful pre-opening and launch of Kimpton Sevn Dubai.
You will lead marketing initiatives across both properties while working closely with the Cluster Commercial Director, Sales, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
From integrated campaigns and digital strategy to partnerships, brand storytelling, content creation, and pre-opening marketing, you will ensure both hotels are positioned strategically to maximize visibility, guest engagement, and commercial success.

Reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director, the Cluster Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading all marketing activities across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

You will be accountable for brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, social media, partnerships, content strategy, marketing budgets, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the cluster's commercial objectives.

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will span a range of commercial, strategic, and creative activities, including but not limited to:
• Develop and execute cluster marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Establish annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets
• Strengthen brand positioning across all customer touchpoints
• Ensure consistency with IHG brand standards and marketing guidelines
• Identify new market opportunities that support business growth
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, partnerships, and experiential channels
• Develop seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, and guest engagement strategies
• Ensure marketing activities support hotel revenue priorities and commercial goals
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance using data-driven insights
• Oversee websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns
• Drive direct booking initiatives through digital marketing strategies
• Monitor online performance and campaign analytics
• Enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms
• Develop PR strategies that strengthen brand awareness and reputation
• Build relationships with media, influencers, tourism partners, and industry stakeholders
• Coordinate press releases, media visits, interviews, and hotel events
• Support crisis communications where required
• Lead social media strategy across both brands
• Oversee photography, videography, editorial content, and storytelling initiatives
• Ensure content reflects the unique personality of each property
• Manage influencer collaborations and strategic content partnerships
• Develop partnerships with luxury brands, tourism organizations, and local businesses
• Lead marketing activations, sponsorships, and experiential events
• Identify collaborative opportunities that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement
• Represent both hotels at industry events and networking functions
• Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Management teams
• Align marketing campaigns with revenue strategies and business priorities
• Support promotional offers, segmentation strategies, and distribution initiatives
• Track ROI and marketing performance against KPIs
• Lead the pre-opening marketing strategy and launch campaign
• Build market awareness through strategic communications and partnerships
• Support media events, launch activations, and opening initiatives
• Position Kimpton Sevn Dubai as one of Dubai's leading lifestyle hospitality destinations
• Provide marketing insights, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence
• Support commercial planning and business strategy
• Recommend innovative initiatives that strengthen commercial performance
• Ensure marketing activities align with cluster revenue objectives

Ideally, you bring some (or all) of the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience within luxury or upscale hotels
• Proven track record in brand strategy, commercial marketing, and integrated campaigns
• Strong experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media, and content development
• Experience working with international hospitality brands
• Dubai/GCC hospitality market experience preferred
• Pre-opening experience highly desirable
• Strong commercial mindset with creative thinking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
