About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern consumer behavior, has a strong pulse on social media trends, and can create impactful brand narratives that drive engagement, awareness, and business growth.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing influencer partnerships, creating high-performing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. You will work closely with Growth, Product, Performance Marketing, and NPD (New Product Development) teams to strengthen brand equity and accelerate customer acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Storytelling

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.

  • Build compelling brand narratives that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

  • Ensure consistency in communication across social media, website, campaigns, influencer content, and customer touchpoints.

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Own and drive Instagram and YouTube Shorts strategy, including content planning, execution, and performance optimization.

  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.

  • Conceptualize engaging Reels, Shorts, UGC campaigns, and trend-driven content that improves reach, engagement, and follower growth.

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to deliver high-quality content.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies for better results.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and relevant categories.

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns including barter collaborations, paid partnerships, product seeding, and ambassador programs.

  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.

  • Track campaign performance and measure ROI through engagement, reach, conversions, and brand awareness metrics.

  • Build long-term relationships with creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.

Performance Marketing Creatives

  • Collaborate with the Growth and Performance Marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

  • Create compelling ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and messaging for Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  • Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on audience insights and campaign outcomes.

  • Ensure creatives align with both brand positioning and performance goals.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal launches, product launches, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, product, creative, and external partners.

  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance reporting.

  • Drive innovative marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and NPD teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with Growth teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition and retention goals.

  • Work with creative teams to ensure high-quality execution of all brand assets and communication materials.

  • Support PR, events, activations, and community-building initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior, preferences, and digital culture.

  • Proven experience managing Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms.

  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns and content.

  • Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and content performance metrics.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with D2C brands in Beauty, Skincare, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Products.

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, memes, internet culture, and viral content formats.

  • Experience in PR campaigns, brand activations, community marketing, and event management.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social listening tools.

  • Experience collaborating with agencies, creators, and production teams.
