DescriptionRole Summary
The job holder is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand and content initiatives by implementing brand guidelines, managing content assets, and coordinating communication deliverables to ensure consistent brand representation, high-quality content outputs, and alignment with strategic communication objectives across NHCI programs and channels.
Functional Accountabilities
- Collect brand and content requirements from stakeholders to understand communication needs and support content development activities.
- Research branding trends, content practices, market insights, and creative approaches to enhance communication outputs.
- Assist in developing brand materials, content assets, campaigns, publications, and communication deliverables aligned with NHCI’s identity.
- Implement brand guidelines, messaging standards, and content frameworks across communication materials and program initiatives.
- Execute content development activities, including drafting, coordinating, and delivering branded communication assets.
- Perform content reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, toolkits, and content libraries.
- Support campaign execution by coordinating creative requirements, content production, and communication deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, programs, and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand and content outputs.
- Coordinate the collection of feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure timely completion of content deliverables.
- Follow up on content requests, project timelines, and stakeholder inputs to ensure effective delivery.
- Assist in managing brand assets, campaign archives, and reusable content resources.
- Implement content standards and best practices across digital and corporate communication materials.
- Support the preparation of communication materials for campaigns, events, publications, and institutional initiatives.
- Execute updates to templates, presentations, reports, and branded materials to maintain consistency.
- Perform compliance checks on content materials to ensure alignment with NHCI branding and communication requirements.
- Support programs in applying brand guidelines and developing aligned communication materials.
- Research new tools, platforms, and trends to improve brand and content development processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or any related field is required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Certifications in CIM, AMA PCM, IAB Digital Marketing, or HubSpot Content Marketing are optional
