Employer Brand Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) , to join the People & Culture team at CCSBA.

Key Purpose
The purpose of the Employer Brand Specialist is to bring the organisation's employer brand to life, capturing attention, inspiring emerging talent, and positioning the company as a preferred place to work.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Execute Employer Branding Strategy: Under the strategic guidance of the Talent & Capability and People Experience Centres of Excellence (CoEs), the Country Specialist for Employer Branding implements a holistic employer branding strategy in alignment with organizational goals and values
Tailored Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Leveraging insights into workforce segmentation and country-specific nuances, the Country Specialist: Employer Branding meticulously crafts a tailored EVP. This process involves a deep dive into understanding the targeted employee or candidate segments within the country, identifying their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations..
Monitoring Segmentation Strategy Effectiveness: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the segmentation strategy implemented. This involves tracking key metrics related to talent attraction, retention, performance, and growth within targeted segments.
Creating Compelling Content: Following the tailoring of the employer branding strategy and the definition of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to suit country nuances, the Country Specialist: Employer Branding then focuses on creating compelling content.
Managing Social Media and Online presence: Maintaining and curating the company's social media profiles is a key aspect of the role. The Specialist responds to reviews and actively engages with potential candidates online to enhance the organization's online presence and employer brand reputation.
Collaborating with Recruitment Teams: The Country Specialist: Employer Branding plays an integral role in closely collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless alignment of messaging throughout the hiring process. Measuring and Analysing Results: A critical aspect of the role involves tracking and analysing key metrics related to employer branding efforts. This includes monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, and gathering candidate feedback to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
Employee Engagement. Integrate insights from respective employee surveys (inside and outside the business) to inform country culture plans. Co-create a country plan (in collaboration with HRBPs) to shape the desired culture in country. Ensure engagement plans are delivered to drive positive employee experience.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Experience
2 years in designing, delivering, and evaluating employer branding/employee engagement programmes and initiatives, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting OR 2 years graduate recruitment experience
Demonstrated proficiency in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
Skills
Employer Branding: Ability to develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
Recruitment Marketing: Proficiency in utilizing marketing techniques to attract candidates and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the organization's culture, values, and employee experiences across multiple channels.
Collaboration: Possessing strong collaboration skills, they work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless alignment of messaging and branding strategies throughout the hiring process.
Content Creation and Social Media Management: Demonstrating creativity and proficiency in producing compelling content across various platforms, while also efficiently managing and curating the organization's social media profiles to enhance its online presence and employer brand reputation.
Employee Engagement: Skill in fostering a culture of advocacy and engagement through effective brand ambassador programmes. Also includes skills in conducting employee surveys, feedback analysis, and implementing engagement initiatives.
