Introduction

Our client, a growing, nationwide auto part replacement and repair services company, is looking to employ a creative, dynamic, skilled and experienced Social Media, Brand and PR Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the

            Company’s branding and goals.

  • Manage daily social media activities across all platforms, ensuring consistent

            engagement and audience growth.

  • Monitor trends and emerging platforms to enhance the Company’s digital

            presence.

  • Manage SM budgets.

 

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for blogs, social

            media, and other digital platforms.

  • Design appropriate graphics and promotional materials that reinforce brand

            identity.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications, ensuring alignment with

            The Company’s strategic direction.

 

3. Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Build relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance the Company’s

            reputation.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, feature stories, and interviews to secure

            positive brand coverage.

  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and industry recognition.

 

4. SEO & Digital Growth

  • Generate and optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and

            ranking on search engines.

  • Analyse and refine strategies based on audience insights and digital

            performance metrics.

  • Work closely with their web developers and marketing teams to enhance

            website content and discoverability.

 

5. Internal & External Communications

  • Ensure messaging consistency in external communication, including press

            releases and social media.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in marketing and

            communication strategies.

  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts when

            needed.

 

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success across

            all social media and PR initiatives.

  • Prepare regular monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and data-

            driven strategies for improvement.

  • Adapt strategies based on analytics to maximize audience engagement and

            brand awareness.

Package & Remuneration

 R40k to R50k per month CTC, commensurate with experience
