Job Description:

The Marketing professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves both offline and digital marketing activities, coordination with sales teams, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals

Manage brand positioning, communication, and promotional activities

Coordinate advertising, events, exhibitions, and trade fairs

Digital Marketing

Handle social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Coordinate website content updates and SEO activities

Run and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing)

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys

Track marketing trends and customer behavior

Prepare marketing performance and ROI reports

Sales Support

Generate leads and support the sales team with marketing collaterals

Prepare presentations, brochures, catalogues, and product literature

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

Vendor & Agency Coordination

Liaise with creative agencies, printers, and digital vendors

Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials within budget

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Analytical mindset with reporting skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

Executive level: 1–3 years

Manager level: 5+ years
