Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and maximize sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, FMCG, or distribution, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen brand presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels
- Drive long-term brand equity and market differentiation
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and sales teams to develop impactful marketing materials
- Manage advertising initiatives across traditional and digital platforms
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
Product Management & Merchandising
- Partner with suppliers and distributors to manage product assortments and positioning
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Support inventory planning and demand forecasting to align with sales targets
- Ensure competitive product placement and retail execution
Sales & Channel Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to align brand objectives with retail and distribution strategies
- Develop trade marketing programs and in-store branding initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, suppliers, and vendors
- Support channel expansion and market penetration efforts
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track brand KPIs, sales performance, and market share metrics
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in retail, FMCG, or distribution
- Proven track record of successful brand growth and campaign execution
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of brand management and consumer engagement strategies
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms (preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
