We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Brand Architecture & Activation Apéritifs ​! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

You will lead the management and brand activation of Ramazzotti (& Italicus) with the objective to constantly enhance the brand’s value proposition and grow the business. 

Your key missions:  

Brand Strategy: 

  • Contribute to the definition and development of Ramazzotti’s strategy in line with the Aperitif portfolio’s ambition while leading initiatives to bring to life the brand positioning. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and activation across all channels and markets. 

  • Act as the marketing point of contact for the global Italicus team, based in London, and ensure that the brand strategy is aligned and contribute to the Aperitif inflexion. 

Brand World: 

  • In collaboration with the CoE, develop a compelling brand world that reflects the essence of the brand and engages consumers. 

  • Develop brand visual identity guidelines for all touchpoints and collaborate with creative team to produce high-quality content that brings the brand world to life. 

Brand Activation 

  • Lead the development of brand experience and activation platforms / guidelines to markets that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility. 

  • Manage the brand POSM catalogue and collaborate with the shopper CoE to develop merchandising and market guidelines to win in the L3F. 

  • Collaborate with markets co on development – especially drive ones and track the performance to build optimized plans 

Portfolio management:  

  • Collaborate with the innovation and RTD teams to develop product initiatives (NPD, Non-alc and RTD ranges extension) while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer needs. 

  • Manage the brand portfolio (restages, labels, formats) and drive sustainable growth (enhancement / rationalization of the range, design to sustainable value projects). 

  • Act as key marketing point of contact for Ramazzotti’s ops team in Italy for the brand projects-related. 

Market Acceleration support 

  • Act as main marketing contact for all markets, incl. regular follow-ups with main markets 

  • Support business development (onboarding / launch of other markets, market activation updates, performance follow ups, key business meetings preparation, etc.) 

Transversal: 

  • Lead IBP process for Ramazzotti, coordinate for Italicus 

  • Champion central A&P process ​for the Aperitif architecture & activation team

Functional capability: 

  • You have minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management.

  • Brand Strategy Development, Portfolio Planning and New Product Development experience 

  • Project management 

  • Market & Consumer Insights ​ 

  • Business Strategy / Portfolio Growth ​ 

  • Visual Branding ​ 

  • You speak English fluently, French and/or Italian is a plus.
