Job Overview: The Marketing & Brand Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s brand presence, marketing content and digital communication channels. This role combines hands-on graphic design, content creation and social media management to support brand visibility, marketing campaigns and client engagement.
The position requires a highly creative and self-driven individual who can translate broad ideas into professional marketing material aligned with the company’s corporate identity and strategy.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a broader strategic marketing position over time, where the successful candidate will progressively take on greater responsibility in areas such as marketing strategy, digital performance management, reporting systems and overall brand leadership within the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
4–8 years’ experience in marketing, branding or digital marketing
Strong graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
Proven experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook and other related platforms)
Strong creative ability with the capability to develop marketing concepts independently
Excellent design, presentation and branding skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience with Google Ads or digital marketing campaigns
Exposure to consulting, engineering, construction or health & safety industries would be highly beneficial
Experience working with client reporting and marketing analytics
Duties will include but is not be limited to: Brand & Design
Design professional marketing material from concept to completion using Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop presentations, promotional material and internal branding assets.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all company communication and marketing platforms.
Content & Social Media
Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook platforms.
Create engaging social media content and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Research relevant industry topics and develop informative marketing content.

Marketing Campaign Support
Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media and Google Ads.
Track and monitor campaign performance, engagement and effectiveness.
Client Reporting & Brand Compliance
Extract operational data from internal systems and compile professionally formatted client reports using existing templates.
Ensure reports align with company branding and presentation standards.
Internal Brand Support
Provide marketing and branding support to internal teams.
Assist with branding for events, presentations and corporate visibility initiatives.
