Job Responsibilities
Loyalty Brand Changeover:
Helming the brand changeover process end-to-end which includes but is not limited to:
Establishing clear SOPs and ways of working with in-house creative teams and internal stakeholders (namely the respective Loyalty Marketing teams)
Having a deep understanding of the brand guidelines and assuming the role of a brand guardian – ensuring that the redesigned artwork is compliant with the new brand guidelines
Facilitating the review and clearance of redesigned artwork between internal stakeholders and the in-house creative team
Overall management of progressive rollout and implementation of refreshed assets
Keeping track of overall progress of changeover exercise, and to provide regular updates on the progress.
Casino and Loyalty BAU:
A lead consultant to stakeholders & business units to simplify & streamline creative requests & campaign activity, ensuring that all ideas, executions & campaigns are consistently delivering against our brand & business goals.
Develop strong working processes & relationships based on mutual trust and expertise across our multi-faceted teams to deliver a working rhythm that facilitates both quality & efficiency.
Manage the on-time delivery for all creative projects across tier one, tier two & tier three campaigns
Responsible for the maintenance & execution of all on-property brand assets
Responsible for the management & execution of our brand & advertising budget in the procurement of specialist skills, production partners & creative agencies where appropriate
Is a confident ambassador of our team to senior stakeholders, capable of consulting with leaders across departments, originating ideas & bringing the wider IR along the journey
Advocates for the business internally, and keeps the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.
Form meaningful relationships with people, being clear & approachable as this role must work with every department across the MBS ecosystem, from senior leadership to marketing, design, operations, customer service, sales, and distribution—to create a cohesive customer experience.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Experience
At least 5 year’s experience with an brand organization or as a brand consultant, or related field preferred
Other Prerequisites
You have a deep understanding of the branding process, and the strategic management of all those involved.
You love getting to know things intimately and getting under the skin of how everything & everyone works. This means spotting connections that others don’t by looking for links between culture, futures and people
You have an obsessive attention to detail when it comes to brand execution and understands the scale of operational delivery
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push our long-term brand vision into meaningful expressions that span the entire customer experience
An ability to focus as well as multi-task, prone to see (and seek) solutions, not problems
