Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Brand Management

  • Develop, manage, and maintain Diopoint’s brand identity across all internal and external platforms.
  • Ensure consistent use of Diopoint’s logo, colours, fonts, templates, tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines for company-wide use.
  • Ensure that all departments apply the brand consistently in documents, presentations, proposals, email signatures, uniforms, signage, social media, and client-facing material.
  • Protect the integrity and professional image of the Diopoint brand.
  • Continuously review and improve the company’s brand presence to ensure it remains modern, professional, and aligned with the ICT industry.
  • Ensure the Diopoint brand communicates trust, professionalism, technical expertise, innovation, and service excellence.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence

  • Manage Diopoint’s online marketing strategy across relevant digital platforms.
  • Manage and maintain Diopoint’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage other social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and any other platforms used by the business.
  • Create and coordinate digital content, including posts, campaigns, articles, service highlights, project updates, event promotions, employee features, vendor partnerships, and client success stories.
  • Work with internal teams to identify marketing content opportunities related to ICT services, projects, managed services, infrastructure solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, support services, and vendor solutions.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement levels, and platform performance.
  • Ensure all online communication is professional, accurate, brand-aligned, and appropriate for Diopoint’s market.
  • Coordinate website updates and ensure website content remains current, accurate, and aligned to Diopoint’s service offering.

Marketing Campaigns and Content Creation

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that support Diopoint’s business objectives.
  • Create marketing content for Diopoint’s services, solutions, partnerships, events, achievements, certifications, and client-facing initiatives.
  • Support the sales and business development teams with brochures, presentations, capability statements, proposal templates, case studies, service flyers, and campaign material.
  • Ensure all marketing material is accurate, professionally presented, and aligned with Diopoint’s corporate identity.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, printing, and promotional material where required.
  • Develop internal and external communication material for company announcements, campaigns, staff events, client communications, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain a library of approved marketing assets, templates, photos, logos, icons, and brand material.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage a social media calendar for Diopoint.
  • Plan and schedule regular posts across LinkedIn and other approved social media platforms.
  • Create content that promotes Diopoint’s ICT services, culture, events, partnerships, certifications, client solutions, and industry relevance.
  • Ensure all posts reflect Diopoint’s professional tone and brand standards.
  • Monitor comments, engagement, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and market reach.
  • Report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure that employees representing Diopoint online follow appropriate brand and communication standards.

Events Planning and Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage Diopoint’s internal and external events.
  • Coordinate client events, vendor events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, staff functions, and brand activations.
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, invitations, branding, catering, suppliers, equipment, promotional items, presentations, registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure all events are professionally branded and aligned with Diopoint’s corporate image.
  • Work with vendors and partners on joint marketing events and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate event photography, social media coverage, and post-event communication.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Evaluate event success and provide feedback to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

 

Corporate Identity, Uniforms and Company Branding

 

  • Manage Diopoint’s corporate identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency in company colours, logos, fonts, templates, stationery, signage, office branding, vehicle branding, uniforms, email signatures, presentation decks, and marketing material.
  • Coordinate the design, procurement, branding, and quality control of company uniforms.
  • Ensure uniform branding is professional, consistent, practical, and aligned with Diopoint’s corporate image.
  • Manage branded items such as banners, gazebos, lanyards, notebooks, pens, corporate gifts, event material, and promotional merchandise.
  • Ensure that all branded material is approved before production or distribution.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers for printing, uniforms, signage, promotional items, and branding installations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of company branding to ensure consistency and professional presentation.

 

Internal Communications and Employee Brand Alignment

 

  • Support internal communication initiatives that promote company culture, employee engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure employees understand and apply Diopoint’s brand standards in client-facing environments.
  • Assist with internal announcements, employee recognition, company updates, event communication, and internal campaigns.
  • Support HR and management with employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing and staff engagement content.
  • Promote a consistent brand experience between Diopoint’s internal culture and external market presence.

 

Vendor, Partner and Supplier Coordination

  • Work with ICT vendors, OEMs, distributors, partners and the Vendor Alliance Manager on joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, events, promotions, and partner announcements.
  • Ensure partner logos, campaign material, and vendor branding are used correctly.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing suppliers, designers, printers, photographers, videographers, event companies, and promotional suppliers.
  • Obtain quotations, manage supplier deliverables, and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all external suppliers understand and comply with Diopoint’s brand standards.

Reporting and Marketing Performance

  • Develop and manage the marketing and branding budget in consultation with the CEO.
  • Track marketing spend across campaigns, events, promotional items, social media, design, printing, uniforms, and branding projects.
  • Ensure marketing activities are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Obtain and compare supplier quotations where required.
  • Identify cost-effective ways to improve Diopoint’s brand visibility and marketing impact.
  • Provide budget updates and cost reports to the CEO when required.

Risk Compliance and Brand Governance

  • Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, professional, and aligned with Diopoint’s values and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand material does not misrepresent Diopoint’s services, partnerships, certifications, or capabilities.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for external communication, campaigns, press releases, and public-facing material.
  • Ensure client names, project details, photographs, testimonials, and case studies are only used with proper approval.
  • Manage reputational risk by ensuring consistent, appropriate, and professional communication across all channels.
  • Maintain version control of approved logos, templates, and brand assets.

 

Accountability

The Brand and Marketing Manager is directly accountable to the CEO for:

  • Diopoint’s overall brand identity and professional market presence
  • Marketing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
  • Online marketing and social media performance
  • LinkedIn and other social media platform management
  • Event planning, coordination, branding, and execution
  • Uniform branding and company branding consistency
  • Corporate identity, colour usage, templates, signage, and branded material
  • Marketing content quality and consistency
  • Supplier coordination and marketing budget control
  • Internal and external brand governance
  • Supporting business growth through professional, consistent, and effective marketing initiatives

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field
  • Digital Marketing qualification advantageous
  • Social Media Marketing qualification advantageous
  • Graphic design, content creation, or corporate communication qualification advantageous
  • Event Management qualification advantageous
  • Certification or experience in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, communications, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience managing a company brand and corporate identity
  • Experience managing online marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Experience creating marketing content for business-to-business environments
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, and supplier management
  • Experience working with external designers, printers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and promotional suppliers
  • Experience in brand governance, including logo usage, colour consistency, templates, signage, and corporate material
  • Experience in an ICT, technology, professional services, or business services environment advantageous
  • Experience supporting sales teams with marketing material, client presentations, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on marketing performance
