Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Brand Manager to help execute marketing strategies across North America. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing WALTER’s lead generation plan, increasing brand awareness, driving growth by owning your brand portfolio advertising campaigns, and enabling sales teams with high-impact marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the annual marketing plan across digital, events, PR, channels:
    • Coordinate with product management, and the broader WALTER marketing team to ensure consistent messaging for various product categories.
    • Work closely with external agencies to ensure delivery of various assets.
    • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as product focused videos and other marketing assets.
  • Lead Generation: Assist with planning and running lead generation campaigns, including targeting list, asset preparation, and reporting.
  • Video Advertising & Production: Lead and coordinate the development of product-focused video content, including concept development, messaging, location scouting, and pre-production planning, for use across WALTER’s website, social media channels, digital advertising, and tradeshows.
  • Digital Marketing & Website Enhancements: Support ongoing improvements to the WALTER marketing tools across various channels.
  • Tradeshow & Event Promotion: Support Help with tradeshows and events, including branding elements, lead capture and follow up workflows to maximize ROI from events
  • Social Media & Community Management: Manage day to day execution of WALTER social media channels (content calendar, posting, basic creative, and community engagement).
  • Public Relations: Coordinate press releases, product news, and application stories for industry publications.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns and channels (website, email, tradeshows, social media, partner platforms) using available tools.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Solid understanding of integrated B2B marketing fundamentals, including familiarity with industrial audiences is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS tools, SEO basic and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalents).
  • Basic video production coordination experience is an asset.
  • Basic copywriting and editing skills in English and French; able to turn technical information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, sales team, and external agencies.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actionable improvements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role; experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or tooling sector is a strong asset.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) – verbal and written communication is mandatory due to interactions with international internal & external customers.
  • Occasional travel to the U.S. and Canada may be required
