About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Associate Brand Manager to support the development, execution, and optimisation of brand strategies across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with early-to-mid level marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of brand initiatives and contribute to building strong, consistent, and high-performing brands.
You will work closely with senior brand leaders, marketing teams, and clients to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns
- Manage day-to-day brand initiatives across offline channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
- Analyse campaign and brand performance, preparing reports and recommendations
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand activations
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and campaign resources
Skills & Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign coordination
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
