We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology team in Perth and help deliver complex digital projects for some of the region’s most recognised brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of technology, client partnership and delivery, ensuring digital solutions are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. 

This role is a 12-month parental leave contract, with the potential to extend. 

The Role

As Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex web and digital projects, with a strong focus on enterprise CMS platforms including Optimizely, Sitecore, Sitefinity and Umbraco. Working closely with developers, designers, strategists and client teams, you’ll connect client vision with technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from planning through to launch.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams across strategy, UX, design, development, QA and account management to deliver digital solutions
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide technical oversight on projects built on enterprise CMS platforms
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee testing, QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and change requests
  • Develop technical documentation, specifications and client training materials
  • Contribute to improving our project delivery processes and best practices

You Are 

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of web development processes and digital ecosystems
  • Experience delivering projects on enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Sitefinity or Umbraco
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex projects
  • Experience managing project budgets, reporting and forecasting
