Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (HQ)

For the Headquarter office, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist with a data-driven approach, capable of managing end-to-end National and International recruitment processes. Reporting to the relevant Manager, the role will work continuously with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, HR Management, and Line Managers (both national and international).

Main responsibilities

• Mapping candidates with skills aligned and consistent with business needs.

• Support  of assigned recruitment processes: gathering requirements from the internal client, analyzing the job description, screening and interviews (phone/Teams/in-person), coordinating steps with Line Managers and HRBPs until the process closure.

• Sourcing and scouting on ATS and external channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), including the search for passive talent and proactive recruiting with the construction of medium/long-term pipelines.

• Drafting and publishing posting of advertisements on career sites and agreed recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, university platforms, external companies). 

• Support in managing external partners: staffing agencies, search and selection/headhunter companies, HR service providers.

 • Analysis of recruiting KPIs (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, funnel) and reporting to the HR Recruitment Manager and HR Directorate, using the data to improve processes and channels. • Employer Branding: building and overseeing the company's value proposition and external image.

 • Support with Academy & talent attraction: cooperation with universities, schools, masters programs; participation/organization of career days, open days, active presentations at workshops and company and site visits. 

• Support Candidate experience: designing clear, consistent, and respectful selection processes; nurturing relationships even with candidates not selected. 

• Support Database & open positions: supervises

Revision/update of the CV database and the “Open Positions” section on the dedicated ATS and University platforms. 

• Collaboration in designing attraction and selection initiatives for internal training paths (e.g., Graduate Program, development programs). 

Requirements 

• Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing, and proactive recruiting. 

• Experience in managing structured interviews (screening/motivational) and support in selection phases with Hiring Manager and HR. 

• Knowledge of Employer Branding principles and candidate experience. 

• Ability to report and analyze recruiting KPIs; (good command of Excel and PowerPoint). 

• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level). 

• Familiarity with HR tools: ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Oracle HCM) is appreciated. 

• Knowledge and application of Recruiting & Selection procedures/policies and orientation to standardize and improve pr processes.

 • Knowledge of Aptitude and Behavioral Tests for Assessment is appreciated 

• Knowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement and labor regulations, with a focus on Metalworking and/or Construction. (Plus)

 • Knowledge of competitors and the labor market in the relevant sectors. (Plus) 

• Knowledge of staffing agencies and the main recruitment and selection players. 

• Knowledge of assessment techniques. 

• Understanding of AI applications in recruiting and ability to evaluate new HR technologies. Transversal skills
