You’ll be the architect of our online presence, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, and content to connect with audiences worldwide. A passion for skincare is a major plus in our dedicated team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Digital Hub Management: Lead the optimization of our website with our digital agency, focusing on UX, branding, and conversion Search & Visibility: Drive organic growth by implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and monitoring performance Social & Community Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to build engagement and grow our global community Global Collaboration: Work with international distributor teams to adapt strategies for local markets and ensure brand consistency Content & Campaign Alignment: Partner with creative and brand teams to produce compelling digital content that supports product launches and brand initiatives Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics to refine strategies and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within premium consumer goods (skincare experience is advantageous) Proven expertise in website management, SEO/SEM, and multi-platform social media strategy Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) Excellent project management and communication skills A strong creative eye and understanding of digital branding Experience with AI marketing tools is a bonus
