Job Description:
The Manager, Retail Branding Operations is responsible for leading the deployment, execution, and maintenance of branding initiatives across the company’s fuel brand portfolio. This role ensures high quality, consistent brand execution at retail locations and serves as the critical link between brand strategy and field execution. The Manager oversees branding projects, manages vendor and contractor performance, and partners cross functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and external stakeholders to align branding objectives with broader corporate goals. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast paced, execution focused environment. Also responsible for assisting with the Mass Pike maintenance program and budget.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee Gulf branding and de-branding projects, including signage, graphics, marketing materials, and visual identity elements, from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, and monitor project progress, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, operations, and facilities, to align project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, track costs, expenses, and resource allocations, and identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiencies, and budget variances.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to optimize costs and achieve project deliverables within budget constraints.
Develop and maintain relationships with company image production supply vendors, branding project management firms (e.g., BRRF), installation contractors, and other external partners.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effective solutions for branding and de-branding projects.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations, address issues, and implement improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather project requirements, feedback, and expectations, and ensure alignment with branding objectives and customer needs.
Manage customer expectations, provide project updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues or concerns related to branding operations and deliverables.
Assist in the development and implementation of the maintenance program for marketing and promotional materials, signage, displays, and branded assets.
Collaborate with facilities management, maintenance teams, and vendors to schedule maintenance activities, track asset conditions, and ensure brand consistency and quality.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
<$101,920 – 152,880 per year>
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
