Scenic Group US/LATAM is looking to hire a Manager, Brand Marketing to join our team at our Hollywood, FL corporate office.
Role: Manager, Brand Marketing – Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand Marketing, Loyalty & LATAM, the Manager of Brand Marketing – Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that support Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours’ business objectives, passenger targets, and sales goals across the U.S. and LATAM markets.
This role serves as the day-to-day brand owner for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, translating approved brand strategy into high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, execution-focused marketer with strong branding and integrated marketing experience, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global luxury travel environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scenic Luxury Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours across consumer, trade, digital, PR, and traditional channels.
- Own end-to-end execution of Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours brand campaigns, partnering with internal teams (digital, trade, sales, commercial, PR, etc.) to ensure alignment with approved brand plans.
- Align with the Commercial team on business needs and build plans to action against it.
- Serve as the primary steward of the Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours brand in market, ensuring all marketing output adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand’s positioning and tone.
- Brief, manage, and collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver accurate, on-brand work, on time, and within budget parameters.
- Lead the development of consumer-facing content including emails, third party, brochures, direct mail, print, TV, digital, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate and work with internal channel teams to execute plans and measure success.
Product Launches & Campaign Deployment
- Lead the execution of marketing plans supporting new ships, itineraries, onboard programming experiences, and key brand initiatives for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, digital, trade, commercial, reservations, and PR teams, to ensure launches are coordinated, aligned, and market-ready.
- Translate launch frameworks into actionable campaign plans across channels and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with commercial and revenue teams, participating in trading discussions and providing marketing insights to support load factor and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with trade marketing to ensure alignment between consumer-facing and trade-facing initiatives.
- Work with PR resources to support media activities, press releases, and storytelling aligned with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours brand priorities.
- Liaise with Call Center leadership to coordinate product training and ensure frontline teams are supported with current product and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with global Scenic Group teams to ensure Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours initiatives reflect U.S. and LATAM market needs while maintaining global brand integrity.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs and business targets.
- Identify insights, risks, and optimization opportunities, providing recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance updates and campaign summaries for the Associate Director.
Leadership & Operations
- Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
- Maintain timelines, workflows, and accountability across Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours brand initiatives.
- Support budget tracking and responsible spend management within approved plans.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or agency environments.
- Travel, cruise, or luxury hospitality marketing experience preferred.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
