Brand Governance
Our Brand team within Clients & Markets is responsible for embedding PwC’s global brand positioning and framework and driving the delivery of best practices for brand strategy and execution across the firm. The team blends technical skills with a strategic focus to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. The team strives for balanced relationships with internal clients that are built on the principles of help, guidance and advice. The team’s responsibility is to both protect the brand via adherence and understanding of our brand guidelines and propel the brand by distinctively positioning PwC in market.
We’re looking for a Brand Governance Manager to deliver best practice brand governance, compliance and execution across the firm. As part of the Brand team, you will build strong and balanced relationships with your internal clients that are built on the principles of protecting and propelling the brand and advocating for our clients. The Brand Manager is a hands on and functional expert of all things brand. Your role will also be as influencer and you require experience in being a part of a high functioning team through a collaborative, direct interpersonal style.
You will be part of a small, yet influential national team who protects and propels the PwC Brand. You will:
Be the key brand governance/compliance expert across all Brand Standards- visual identity, co-branding and naming
Implement and advise on our global network standards, brand guidelines and policies for a range of firm initiatives such as co-branding & brand guidance for development of new products & services
Deliver and drive our governance plan (compliance, communication and education) to ensure adherence to Global Brand Standards
Monitor Global Brand site daily for updates and priorities. Ensure that relevant updated are included in governance plan and actioned
Monitor internal and external channels for brand compliance of our brand guidelines and network standards.
Monitor and work with external agencies and internal design teams to ensure adherance to brand guidelines and programs are performed with required brand quality;
Triage our brand and co-brand enquiries through our ServiceNow ticketing system. Be the first on point to respond and manage these brand enquiries.
Provide advice, guidance and approval of visual identity guidelines and advice on how to adhere to our brand guidelines. Provide clear and concise feedback to internal clients, designers and agencies.
Ability to problem solve and connect dots with relevant stakeholders
Educate, inform and influence stakeholders about network standards, brand guidelines, brand programs, accomplishments, processes and clear governance.
Provide support on campaign management and delivery for all brand campaigns
More About You
Formal marketing (degree) qualification
3-5+years experience in a Brand or Marketing role
Experience in brand strategy, execution, compliance and management- an understanding of Brand guidelines
Demonstrated experience developing strong peer relationships across complex large matrixed organisations
Proven organisation skills and project management ability
Strong attention to detail
Strong and persuasive verbal, written and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Expertise in translating brand guidelines into commercial outcomes
Ability to think proactively and make on the spot decisions.
Likes working in a fast-paced environment
Is a self- starter and work autonomously and equally enjoys collaborating and working as part of a team
Experience working with designers and/or agencies
