Role Overview

The Human Resource Senior Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employer Branding. This role will drive HR strategies that support nationwide operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. A background in property management is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in general facets of HR, including leadership roles, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employer Branding.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or nationwide.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Lead and manage ER initiatives, including handling complex employee concerns, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all locations.
  • Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates to support nationwide manpower requirements and business expansion.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and attract top talent across regions.
  • Establish and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee other HR facets including performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery nationwide.
