Role Overview:
The Growth Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Growth Team's efforts to drive new business and expand amp's market presence. This position is responsible for a blend of business development activities, operational support, and project management. The Growth Manager will contribute to the development of compelling pitches, manage inbound and outbound communications, oversee key operational processes, and support strategic projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication project management, and analytical skills.
What you'll do:
- Support New Business Development: Assist the Growth team in identifying new prospects, cultivating relationships, and preparing compelling presentations and proposals to secure new clients.
- Lead & Communication Management: Manage inbound inquiries, execute outbound outreach campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn), and ensure timely follow-up and proper routing of leads.
- Pitch & Proposal Development: Independently develop and coordinate pitch decks and proposals, gathering input from various teams and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Operational & Data Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM (e.g., Sugar CRM) and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) for accurate reporting and team efficiency.
- Website & Content Support: Assist with website updates, competitor tracking, and contribute to the development of marketing collateral and case studies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and proactively suggest solutions to enhance the Growth team's effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing purchase orders, archiving documents, and supporting internal meetings.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, or a related support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sugar CRM, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Proactive, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative spirit with proven experience working across teams.
- Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and solve problems creatively.
- An interest in digital transformation, client challenges, and leveraging AI for productivity.

The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $65,000 to $85000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
