Introduction

A leading direct-selling company based in Northriding is looking for a highly skilled Corporate Brand & DTP Specialist to join their creative team. This is not a general graphic design role—it is a technical production position focused on packaging, print-ready artwork, and corporate brand governance.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and delivers error-free, print-ready files every time. If you thrive on precision, technical accuracy, and working closely with printers and suppliers, this role is for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

Packaging & Print-Ready Artwork
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging, marketing materials, and catalogues

Apply die-lines, colour profiles, bleeds, and printer specifications correctly

Manage packaging templates and maintain brand consistency across all product ranges

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal packaging requirements

Corporate Presentations & Business Documents
Design and maintain corporate templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and proposals

Create high-impact presentations for leadership, sales meetings, and external partners

Ensure all corporate documents are visually aligned with brand identity and suitable for both digital and print use

Large-Format & Environmental Branding
Design and manage large-format branding including banner walls, pull-up banners, office wall branding, signage, and vehicle branding

Ensure artwork is production-ready and correctly scaled

Liaise with suppliers to confirm materials and specs

Attend on-site installations or sign-offs where required

Print Production & Supplier Liaison
Work directly with printers to ensure quality and accuracy

Attend press sign-offs to approve colour and quality on site

Manage projects from brief to final delivery

Conduct detailed technical checks before file release

Project Management & Quality Control
Manage projects independently using ClickUp and Coda

Maintain organised file structures and version control

Identify production risks early and communicate proactively

Support the broader creative team with print and production expertise

Desired Experience & Qualification

 

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, DTP, or Visual Communication

Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in DTP, packaging production, or corporate branding

Proven experience preparing artwork for high-volume print and packaging environments

Strong experience working directly with printers and production suppliers

Experience in large-format and environmental branding

Experience managing projects from brief to final production
