Corporate Brand & Design Specialist

 

Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Brand & Design Specialist to support

the development and execution of all visual branding requirements for the core corporate identity. This role is responsible for delivering brand-aligned design solutions across internal and external materials, including presentations, branded merchandise, signage, and print collateral. 

As part of future projects, the role will also support the rollout of out-of-home (OOH) branding initiatives and therefore experience in designing for large-format and public facing applications will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a clear understanding of corporate brand governance, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality, brand-compliant presentations for internal and external business use, including sales meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Create and manage corporate branding materials.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to corporate identity guidelines and maintains consistency across formats and departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and translate briefs into accurate, professional design outputs.
  • Support future OOH branding initiatives by applying best practices for large-format design and public facing communication.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp for workflow tracking and Coda for documentation and collaboration.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in print specifications and technical delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organised archive of approved brand assets and design templates.

 

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand execution, or corporate marketing. §
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong experience in designing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support the formatting and layout of business documents.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital and print-based formats, including presentation design and branded collateral.
  • Experience applying corporate identity (CI) guidelines across a variety of touchpoints.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print production and working with external vendors or suppliers.
  •  Previous exposure to OOH branding or large-format design is advantageous.
