This role sits at the heart of the company’s marketing and brand communication efforts. You will take ownership of content creation and help bring the brand to life across multiple channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing and developing engaging content across LinkedIn, newsletters, websites, presentations, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, thought leadership pieces, and sales material
- Turning technical or operational information into clear, accessible, and engaging messaging
- Working closely with leadership, clients, software partners, and internal teams to gather ideas and create meaningful content
- Managing and maintaining content across digital platforms to ensure consistency and brand alignment
- Planning and coordinating content calendars and publishing schedules
- Reviewing content performance metrics and using insights to improve future campaigns and messaging
- Using AI tools intelligently to assist with drafting, refinement, research, and workflow efficiencies, while applying strong editorial judgement throughout
- Collaborating with designers to ensure content and visuals align effectively
- Supporting ongoing improvements to marketing processes, content workflows, and brand consistency
