My client in the Engineering Suppliers industry is looking for a Branding Supervisor to join their team in Killarney Gardens.  

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities (not limited to)

-              Maintain accurate records of a branded merchandise and promotional items

-              Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile against inventory management system

-              Organise and label items clearly for easy access and retrieval

-              Ensure all branded items meet brand guidelines before dispatch

-              Inspect incoming shipments of promotional items for quality and consistency

-              Coordinate rebranding or disposal of outdated/defective items

-              Coordinate the picking, packing and shipping of branded materials for customers, events, campaigns and internal use

-              Track and report distribution activities, maintaining timely delivery standards

-              Maintain shipment records and confirm receipt with relevant stakeholders

-              Liase with internal teams to fulfil branded item needs

-              Work with procurement to reorder stock in alignment with deadlines

-              Provide support for marketing activations, trade shows and staff gifting program

-              Maintain can update branding inventory reports weekly/monthly

-              Generate usage reports to inform purchasing decisions and forecast demand

-              Document standard operating procedures for warehouse branding activities

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Knowledge, skills and experience

-              Matric/Grade 12 (NQF 4) is essential

-              Diploma/degree in Clothing Production, Textile Technology, Graphic Design or related is advantageous

-              Previous experience in clothing branding, embroidery, screen printing or related environment is advantageous

-              Thorough knowledge of PPE and workwear branding is advantageous

-              Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader or similar role

-              Proficient in MS Office Suite and inventory software systems

-              Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-              Strong administrative and organisational skills

-              High attention to detail and accuracy

-              Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-              A proactive approach with strong problem solving capabilities
