We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Branding & Social Media Manager to help elevate the personal brand of our CEO and the public image of our companies.
Our CEO is a licensed real estate professional, general contractor, and property management business owner who wants to be positioned as:

Your mission is to translate that expertise into a cohesive, compelling brand presence that resonates with investors, partners, and high-level clients.
This is not just a posting-and-design role. We’re looking for someone who understands personal branding, authority positioning, storytelling, and audience psychology.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a personal brand strategy for the CEO aligned with investor credibility and trust
- Ensure consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Position the CEO as a subject-matter expert in construction, real estate, and property investment
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook; YouTube/TikTok a plus)
- Convert real-life expertise into educational, thought-leadership, and behind-the-scenes content
- Write strong captions that reflect professionalism, authenticity, and authority
Content Creation & Direction
- Repurpose long-form content (videos, calls, site visits, interviews) into short-form social assets
- Coordinate simple visuals, reels, carousels, and branded graphics
- Collaborate with the internal team for raw content, insights, and updates
Investor-Focused Messaging
- Highlight business growth, project wins, leadership insights, and operational excellence
- Craft narratives that build confidence and credibility with potential investors
- Avoid “influencer fluff”—this brand is about substance and results
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience growth
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years experience in branding, social media, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing personal brands (especially founders, CEOs, or professionals)
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills
- Strategic thinker who understands positioning, not just aesthetics
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in real estate, construction, property management, or finance
- Familiarity with investor-focused or B2B branding
- Basic video editing or content repurposing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of U.S. business culture
