  • Leads together with the Recruitment, Sourcing & Branding Manager in the formulation, direction, coordination and implementation of the branding & communication strategies as well as community engagement programs and policies to promote the InteLogix brand internally and externally.
  • Create data-based strategies that will create awareness of Intelogix as a brand and be an employer of choice.
  • Collaborates with the team and 3rd party suppliers in conceptualizing and implementing brand campaigns with the aim to build and strengthen the brand. 
  • Conceptualizes and implements a feedback system on launched campaigns, events, programs, and employee engagements that affects branding.
  • Ensures that focus, consistency, and clarity of the employer value proposition of the Intelogix brand is communicated through all touch points all clients, target market, partners, and others.  
  • Responsible in fostering and maintaining relationships between InteLogix and the local community, involving partnerships with educational institutions, non-profits and government agencies
  • Plan and coordinate community events, managing volunteers and interacting with community leaders including compiling reports on partnership outcomes, analyzing data to measure impact and make recommendations for program improvement
  • Provides timely communication and updates to the Country Head and other senior management (if needed).
  • Performs other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned.
