Strategic positioning and overall branding strategy are defined together with leadership, whereas your focus will be on translating that strategy into strong, creative execution with a clear goal: building a trusted brand image, strengthening market awareness and directly contributing to business growth. 

What you will do
As our Branding & Content Marketeer, your main duties will include:

• Build and strengthen our international brand positioning;
• Create compelling content, visuals, campaigns, and thought leadership content;
• Drive a strong digital presence and brand awareness;
• Support Sales with powerful storytelling and high-quality marketing materials;
• Constantly explore new tools, formats, and technologies;
• Develop innovative and refreshing visuals that fit our young and ambitious brand;
• Translate brand strategy into creative concepts and effective execution;
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice across all channels;
• Contribute to business growth by supporting lead generation campaigns and sales enablement.

This is a purpose driven, creative role where you’ll get a lot of room to take initiative. You will translate the branding strategy into implementable actions that strengthen our brand positioning, increase market authority and help accelerate sales. 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn in the Marketing domain and flexible enough to move along with our fast-moving scale up.

This is your job if you have: 

• Higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
• Between 1 and 5 years of experience in branding, content or marketing;
• A creative mindset with a strong focus on execution;
• Experience in translating strategy into concrete campaigns and content;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
• A proactive, purpose-driven and hands-on attitude;
• Strong affinity with new tools and modern marketing technologies;
• A strong sense of ownership and initiative;
• Experience at a marketing agency (internship or work) is a strong plus.

• A starting monthly salary between €2.900 and €3.800 gross depending on your experience;
• A prorated annual development budget of €1000;
